Tinubu govt declares four Lagos drug cartel members wanted

The four members of the drug cartel were declared wanted for their involvement in multiple drug trafficking activities.

President Bola Tinubu-led government has declared wanted four members of Lagos-based drug cartel for trafficking drugs to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other parts of the world.

Femi Babafemi, spokesperson for National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, in a statement on Monday announced that four members of Lagos based ‘Barryshine’ drug cartel have been declared wanted.

“Olarenwaju Ramon Abdulai (a.k.a Alhaji Loyingbo); Oluwafemi Akande Abidoye (a.k.a Igbono, Baba Eje, Ade Iwaya, Femi Iwaya); Olumuyiwa Olufemi Ilori (a.k.a Murphy) and Alate Kafy Bakare Bukki of Kaffy Travels,” were all declared wanted following an order by a Lagos Division of Federal High Court Mr Babafemi said.

The four members of the drug cartel were declared wanted for their involvement in multiple drug trafficking activities for which Alhaji Suleiman Aremu Ganiu, popularly known as ‘Barryshine’ is currently facing criminal charges at a Federal High Court in Lagos.
