Tinubu’s aide Tope Fasua accuses corper Raye of being in Lagos for prostitution

Tope Fasua, an economist and presidential aide, has accused corps member Ushie ‘Raye’ Uguamaye, of being in Lagos for commercial sex work.
Ms Uguamaye has been in the eye of the storm for excoriating President Bola Tinubu over his harsh economic policies. She called Mr Tinubu the most terrible president in Nigeria’s history.
In a cryptic Facebook post on Tuesday, Mr Fasua, who had earlier shared a video of Ms Uguamaye eating in a restaurant, said, “Somebody who came to get her share from the N661 billion sub-sector that Lagos is famous for.”
A recent report indicated that in 2024, N661 billion was spent by men in Lagos for sexual satisfaction in transactional relationships.
The presidential aide added, “Which smell she dey perceive? Una know una sef eyin onise okunkun.”
Earlier, Temitope Ajayi, another presidential aide, said the corps member who called his principal a “terrible” leader deserved to be executed by hanging or firing squad, saying, “If she is not a corper, she can say whatever she fancies like people do per second.
“Citizens can abuse a living day out of their president or any public official. It is normal. But a corper violated her oath and code of conduct here. That is capital punishment under NYSC.”
“I am coming from a supermarket where I went to get foodstuff, and everything has gone up again,” Ms Uguamaye had said in a TikTok video. “I don’t know if there is any other president that is as terrible as you (Mr Tinubu). But you (Mr Tinubu) are such a terrible president.”
