Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has constituted a three-member panel to investigate the causes of the recent students’ protest at Kwara State Polytechnic.
The vice-chancellor said ABUAD was founded on labour, service and integrity.
Ms Garba said the project marked a milestone in ongoing efforts to reposition basic education in the country.
Ms Ogunsola said that the university would also confer honorary degrees on two outstanding Nigerians.
There had been an outcry from students who had graduated from the university but had not yet received their results.
“OBE ensures ND and HND graduates are practically prepared for global engineering practice, meeting internationally defined learning outcomes,” said Mr Nasir.
Mr Okpebholo said improved staffing and infrastructure showed his administration’s education interventions were producing results.
Mr Alausa said that registration for the NCEE would commence on January 26 and close on May 24.
The National Youth Service Corps has assigned 2,050 corps members to Bauchi for the 2026 Batch ‘A’ Stream 1 orientation exercise.
