Police are investigating the killing of Sefiu Kehinde, a 24-year-old man allegedly attacked by a masquerader in the Labiran area of Ibadan.
The crash, according to the FRSC, occurred at about 8:05 p.m. near Sapade Bridge in the Remo North council area of Ogun.
The victims were abducted on May 15 from three schools in the Orire Local Government Area of Oyo.
The commissioner said the second phase is currently ongoing across critical river channels and flood-prone locations.
Mr Olugbenga stated that all the suspects would be charged to court after investigations are completed.
Mr Makinde congratulated him and urged him to be loyal to the state.

The Ondo State Security Network Agency says it has rescued a kidnap victim and arrested a father and his three sons at Oba-Ile Akoko in the Akoko South West council area.
“I was compelled to cry unto God because we have been fasting and praying for a particular group of school children who were captured,” said the RCCG spiritual leader.
