”I want to particularly call on the Senate to include this in the 2024 budget before passing it for assent by the president,” he said.
“Enough of the bloodletting, please,” he said.
The vice president assured the people that the federal government would ensure they got justice and end the circle of violence in the state.
He denounced that bandits were always a step ahead of the security architecture of wherever they operated.
“The federal government must rise to the occasion and put measures in place to mitigate a recurrence of such a dastardly act.”
The governor said terrorists had occupied some schools in the past years.
“We must stay united to defend our communities,” Mr Muftwang said in a statement on Tuesday.
