Mr Ndam spoke at a sensitisation and screening to mark the 2023 World Tuberculosis Day, in Gyel, Jos South Local Government Area.
PDP’s Caleb Mutfwang scored 525,299 votes to beat his closest opponent, APC’s Nentawe Yilwatda, who polled 481,300 votes.
Before joining the APC as its party’s flagbearer, Mr Yilwatda was INEC’s former resident electoral commissioner in Benue.
“The Labour Party will continue work for a better Plateau,” Mr Dakum said in a tweet.
PDP’s Happiness Akawu secured 9,926 votes in Saturday’s election to defeat Yakubu Sanda of the APC, who polled 7,936 votes.
The appeal was dismissed following its dramatic withdrawal by Mr Margif upon discovery that the matter had become statute-barred.
On Wednesday, a magistrates’ court in Jos sentenced a 17-year-old labourer, Abubakar Adam, to nine months in the correctional centre for stealing phones.

Investigations by the police revealed that the syndicates had operated in Plateau, Nasarawa, Bauchi and Gombe axis for years.
