The spokesperson asked whether Ms Kingibe would look the other way if land allottees refused to pay ground rent for 10 to 43 years if she were the FCT minister.
Mr Okpebholo stated, “This ruling is not just a victory for our party but a triumph for democracy and the rule of law in our Edo State.’’
The petitioners approached the tribunal, alleging that the election was not conducted in substantial compliance with provisions of the Electoral Act, 2022.

Mr Tinubu prayed for more years and God’s grace for the former minister and wished him well in his political career.
“That is why we are suffering — because Nigerians are not used to working hard. We’re used to getting easy money,” claimed Orji Kalu.
