Mr Akpanke noted that the sterling performances by Messrs Otu and Tinubu were glaring and necessitated his decision to support them.
“The Uwais Committee report recommended that the appointment of the INEC commissioners should be similar to the appointment of judges,” said the group.
“The killings by herders and other criminal elements are not peculiar to Benue alone. It is a wider problem affecting parts of the North-East and North-Central,” Mr Alia said.
