The Edo government says it has lifted the suspension on the operations of the state security corps to strengthen the state security apparatus.
The presiding judge, Tertsegha Kume, gave the order on Thursday in his verdict in a suit filed by Mr Agada and eight others against APC.
The committee chairman, Benson Babajimi (APC-Lagos), said the screening was a constitutional mandate of the house.

The judgment in both appeals was applied to the third appeal, relating to the same issue of APGA leadership.
