Mr Quadri, who had pleaded not guilty to the one-count charge, was convicted for sexual abuse.
The prosecution counsel said Mr Vandi had contravened Section 223 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State (2015) with his alleged act.
“We have some suspicion about how this matter is being handled right now by the police.”
The Police Service Commission (PSC) has approved the suspension of ASP Drambi Vandi for killing a Lagos lawyer, Bolanle Raheem.
Ms Akiyode-Afolabi said that the police must show accountability for this death and several others.
