Two killed as Governor Oyetola’s convoy drives into #EndSARS crowd in Osogbo

Two people have been killed after Governor Oyetola’s convoy drove into a crowd of #EndSARS protesters in Osogbo on Saturday afternoon.
Mr. Oyetola was reportedly attempting to drive out of his lodge when he encountered the protesters. It was unclear whether or not the governor’s security informed him ahead that protesters were outside.
The governor said the protesters were thugs, a claim that is being increasingly debunked on social media.
