Two suspected kidnappers set ablaze in Delta: Police

The police command in Delta has confirmed the alleged jungle justice meted on two kidnap suspects in the state.
The spokesman of the command, SP Bright Edafe, gave the confirmation on Thursday in a WhatsApp terse message. “It is confirmed,” Mr Edafe simply said.
Witnesses said that the incident occurred on Thursday at Mosogar Community in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta.
The source said that the deceased suspects with two of their accomplices now at large attempted to abduct a female victim in Mosogar.
“The victim raised an alarm which attracted passers-by who chased and apprehended two of the suspects.
“The suspects were beaten to stupor before they were set ablaze,” the source said.
