U.S. @250: Trump posts new American passport with his photo
President Donald Trump has unveiled a new American passport embossed with his photo.
Mr Trump, in a post on Truth Social on Friday, shared the inside of the new passport, warning those visiting the country to be good.
“The U.S.A.’s New Passport, which says, ‘Welcome, but be good!’ President DJT,” Mr Trump wrote in a Truth Social post containing the new passport.
The photo of the passport shows a standing Mr Trump with a stern look resting his fists on a desk, while the next page features a photo of founding fathers of America, signing the Declaration of Independence.
The White House on X also posted a photo of the new passport captioned, “New U.S. Passport to Commemorate America’s 250th.”
The new passport with Mr Trump’s image was first announced in April as part of the nation’s 250th anniversary celebration.
