U.S. Embassy in Nigeria announces recruitment
The U.S. Mission in Nigeria has announced recruitment vacancies, urging qualified Nigerians to apply for the positions.
In a statement circulated on its X and website on Saturday, the U.S. Mission in Nigeria called qualified applicants to apply before the closing date for application.
“The U.S. Mission Nigeria is hiring for new job openings, and we’re inviting qualified candidates to apply!,” the statement said. “Visit our Job Opportunities page to explore the latest vacancies and submit your application: ng.usembassy.gov/jobs/”
The vacant positions advertised include, “Consulate General Residence (CGR) Vegetarian Chef, Agricultural Specialist, Emerging Voices Exchanges Coordinator l, and Procurement Agent and Surveillance Detection Coordinator.”
Interested applicants have almost a month to send in their applications before August 4, 2026, the close date for application.
The U.S. Mission also added a disclaimer that it “does not require payment for any aspect of our recruitment process. All Job announcements are listed on this website. Be cautious and aware of any one requesting for payments or your card/banking details.”
