Victor Boniface involved in ghastly car crash after Leverkusen win

Super Eagles forward Victor Boniface says ‘God is the greatest’ as he survived a ghastly accident on Saturday night following Bayer Leverkusen win over Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga.
Videos posted by the 23-year-old on Snapchat showed the player’s car smashed in the front alongside pictures of his bloodied hand.
The pictures also showed the player on a hospital bed with the caption, “Thank you, Lord”.
Boniface had scored the winner earlier in the day as Bayer Leverkusen came from a goal down to beat Frankfurt 2-1 at the BayArena Stadium on Saturday evening.
Details surrounding the accident are yet to be disclosed by German authorities or the player’s club but Boniface seems to be in stable condition based on his activities on social media.
