We visited Tinubu to thank him for looking after poor Nigerians: CAN President

Daniel Okoh, president of the Christian Association of Nigeria, on Friday said he and other CAN leaders visited President Bola Tinubu at his home to appreciate the president and his wife for providing for Nigerians.
Speaking after their visit to Mr Tinubu’s house in Lagos, Mr Okoh said he and other CAN leaders came to appreciate the president for what he is doing in the country.
“This visited by the leader of Christians Association of Nigeria to the home of President Bola Tinubu and his wife, mother of the nation, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, is to appreciate them for what they are doing, providing for the poor and being committed to moving Nigeria forward,” Mr Okoh said.
The CAN president also said they appreciated Mr Tinubu for efforts he is making to make the country safe and secure for citizens.
“And of course, the recent effort they are making to ensure every Nigerian lives in peace in the country. This Christmas is one so many years that we are not waking up to phone calls to say this church was attacked. It is a testimony and we hope and pray that this will continue,” Mr Daniel said.
