X under massive cyberattack: Elon Musk

Elon Musk, tech billionaire and owner of X microblogging platform, says the platform has suffered a “massive cyberattack.”
“There was (still is) a massive cyberattack against đť•Ź,” Mr. Musk tweeted on Monday.
He added, “We get attacked every day, but this was done with a lot of resources.”
Though the source of the attack is unverified, Mr Musk said, “Either a large, coordinated group and/or a country is involved. Tracing.”
Mr Musk’s tweet confirmed reports that X was down earlier on Monday.
About 40,000 X users in the U.S. were reportedly unable to access their accounts as a result of the attack.
