Presenting the cash and food items to beneficiaries in Anka on Saturday, Mr Yari said the gesture aimed to provide succour to families of the deceased and victims.

According to him, 141 families of deceased persons and 44 injured persons will benefit from the gesture.

“Each of the 141 families of the deceased will receive N1 million each and 5 bags of assorted grains, including rice, maize and millet.

“The 44 injured victims will receive N500,000 each and three bags of assorted grains,” Mr Yari said.
