Zamfara APC distributes 294 tablets, laptops for registration

The Zamfara chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has distributed digital materials to coordinators, supervisors, and ward registration agents in furtherance of its e-registration exercise billed for January 5.
The items include 294 tablets, 17 laptops, power banks, and printers.
The leadership of the Zamfara APC had trained coordinators across the three senatorial districts of the state for the exercise.
The state party chairman, Tukur Danfulani, represented by the secretary, Umar Dangaladima, said the tools were assigned for the exercise across 147 wards in 14 local government areas (LGAs) of the state.
Mr Danfulani said the exercise aims to ensure transparency and accurate data of party members across the state.
“We are handing over 294 tablets, 17 laptops, power banks, and printers to zonal coordinators, supervisors, and ward registration agents.
“This is to ensure accuracy of data, transparency, and adequate security of party membership,” he said.
He urged coordinators of the exercise to discharge their duties effectively.
“I want to urge our local coordinators to ensure that all the items are delivered to the people assigned for the exercise in the 14 LGAs and 147 wards across the state,” he said
Also speaking, the state APC publicity secretary, Yusuf Idris, said the exercise is expected to commence on January 5 and will run until the end of January.
