New Zealand, Germany deepen partnership
New Zealand and Germany have agreed to strengthen their strategic partnership, New Zealand Foreign Minister, Winston Peters said on Tuesday.
Peters and his German counterpart Johann Wadephul, made this known in a joint statement in New Zealand.
“This is to reaffirm the importance of the New Zealand-Germany relationship, together with a joint statement on Antarctic cooperation,” Peters said.
Germany is New Zealand’s largest export market in Europe, with bilateral cooperation spanning trade, science, space research, education, and tourism. (Xinhua/NAN)
