Gov. Radda appoints four new permanent secretaries

Governor Dikko Radda of Katsina State has approved the appointment of four new permanent secretaries to strengthen the state civil service.

The appointments were announced by the State Head of Civil Service, Falalu Bawale, according to a statement issued on Thursday in Katsina.

The statement was issued by Ibrahim Almu-Gafai, director of press at the Office of the Secretary to the State Government.

Mr Bawale named the newly appointed permanent secretaries as Hussaini Hamisu from Baure Local Government Area, Abdu Usman from Danmusa Local Government Area, Sani Suleiman from Funtua Local Government Area, and Shamsuddeen Yahaya from Kankia Local Government Area.

Mr Bawale said the appointments reflected the governor’s confidence in the competence, integrity and commitment of the officers to advancing efficient service delivery in the state.

The head of civil service expressed optimism that the new permanent secretaries would discharge their responsibilities faithfully and diligently in the overall interest of the state civil service.

He congratulated the appointees and prayed for Allah’s guidance and wisdom as they assumed their new responsibilities.
