Gov. Aiyedatiwa appoints commissioner, three advisers, 1,000 aides

Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has approved the appointment of a commissioner, three special advisers, 90 senior special assistants and 910 special assistants.
This is contained in a statement on Thursday by the governor’s chief press secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan.
According to the statement, Taibat Oloruntoba from the Akoko North-West Local Government Area has been nominated as Commissioner for Special Duties.
It said that her name had been forwarded to the Ondo State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation.
The statement said the governor also appointed Abimbola Fajolu from the Ileoluji/Okeigbo Local Government Area as Special Adviser on Environment.
Others are Ade Adeniyi from Ondo West Local Government Area, Special Adviser on Rural and Community Development, and Muyiwa Ogunyemi from Akoko North-East Local Government Area, Special Adviser on Transport.
The statement also listed some of the newly appointed Senior Special Assistants to include Toyin Ogungbure, Women Mobilisation (South); Bidemi Obayangbon, Forestry; and Gboluge Olufunmi Alex, Community Engagement (South).
Also appointed are Akin Adeniyi, SSA, Community Engagement (Central); Obayan Theophilus Ayodeji, SSA, Community Engagement (North); and Kelvin Solomon, SSA, Students Affairs.
Others include Adeolu Iwakun, SSA, Volunteer Services; Samson Job Bazuaye, SSA, Oil and Gas; Fade Ojamomi, SSA, Youth Empowerment and Job Creation; and Sam Adepoju, SSA, Public Engagement.
Also on the list are Samad Orijeminiyi, SSA, Scholarship; Victor Omodara, SSA, Grassroots Mobilisation; and Abayomi Adefolalu, SSA, Photography.
Abdukadiri Adenoyi, Nzuoma Egbulefu and Garba Goni were appointed as SSAs on non-Indigenes.
The statement said that the full list of the 90 senior special assistants and 910 special assistants would be released later.
