Buhari shocked, saddened over ethnic clashes in Chad
President Muhammadu Buhari sent condolence to Chad’s President Idriss Deby Itno on Monday, expressing sadness over the eruption of bloody ethnic crisis in Chad.
Ethnic crisis in South Eastern Region of Salamat reportedly left over 50 dead and over 40 injured in Chad last week.
Mr Buhari, in a statement by his spokesperson Garba Shehu, said ethnic crisis is a threat to stability and unity in African region.
