Chef Hilda Baci targets 100 hours of cooking after breaking world record

Chef Effiong Bassey, aka Hilda Baci, is reaching for new heights after breaking the world record for longest cooking time.
“What do you think about 100 hours?,” Ms Bassey posted on her Twitter on Monday after surpassing Chef Lata Tondon’s world record for the longest cooking time (87 hours, 45 minutes) by an individual.
She has now extended her initial target time from 96 hours to 100 hours.
The record-breaking restauranteur continues to attract accolades for her extraordinary feat as she persists. Many Nigerians, celebrities and politicians including Lagos state governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu have publicly supported her.
