“Dorime” hype man’s death, Burna’s next Grammy pursuit, Laycon’s Grammy recording highlight GOTW

Nigerian DJ and hype man, Eze Francis, popularly known as FlexyNaija has reportedly been poisoned to death by an unidentified person.
The hype man who became popular for his unique hype skills, over recent club oppressing anthem “Dorime”, was allegedly poisoned at the club on July 3, and rushed to the hospital but eventually pronounced dead.
A few weeks before his unfortunate demise, the deceased took to his Facebook page to make a post that speculated that his newfound fame and success may have attracted envy from unknown people.
“This life is funny Sha! Success they say attracts envy Hmmmmm! Why don’t they envy someone suffering? I speak this word from my heart. Any eye, leg, hand or mouth that rises against you saying you don’t deserve what you have right now let that body be frozen forever in Jesus name………… Amen” he posted.
Controversial blogger Tunde Ednut continues his endless online rigmarole with Instagram as the platform again deleted the blogger’s backup account shortly after deleting his second Instagram account.
Tunde lost his verified account with huge followership in December, 2020, after Instagram deleted the handle for violating their rules and regulation.
He returned to the platform with a second account in January, but was eventually suspended and later completely deleted on July 2.
Barely forty-eight hours after Instagram deleted the second account, the blogger urged his followers to follow him on his backup account but shockingly, the platform deleted the backup account as well.
The reason the platform deleted his second account and backup account is yet to be confirmed.
Grammy winner Burna Boy makes another Grammy move as he links up with legendary American Grammy winning Producer Scott Storch for a collaboration.
Although details of the much anticipated collaboration are still sketchy, Mr Storch took to his Instagram page to share a picture of him and the ‘twice as tall’ crooner alongside other music artists in what seems to be a studio section.

Scott Storch is an eight-time Grammy winner who has worked with the likes of Beyonce, Sean Paul, Mario, 50 Cent, Lil Kim, Fat Joe and Lil Wayne.
Big Brother Nigeria winner, Laycon, performed at the Grammy Recording Academy over the week.
Laycon delivered an amazing performance of his song ‘All over me’ from his new album ‘Shall we begin’ in a recent episode of Grammy Recording Academy Series ‘press play at home’ on July 1.
The Academy commended the young fast rising artist for birthing a new genre of Afro Beat ‘Afro rap’.
The Academy also proceeded to follow the “Fierce” rapper on social media platform, Instagram, after his impressive performance.
