Hillary Clinton has cautioned President Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian Army to immediately cease deployment of lethal force against young Nigerians protesting an end to decades of police brutality.

Mrs. Clinton’s comments come shortly after Nigerian soldiers opened fire on protesters in Lagos, killing at least nine, security sources told Peoples Gazette.
