Ex-Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere retires from football

Former Arsenal and England midfielder Jack Wilshere has retired from football.
Wilshire, 30, announced his retirement in a statement shared on his Twitter on Friday, barely a day after he left Danish Club AGF.
“Today I am announcing my retirement from playing professional football,” Wilshere said. “It has been an unbelievable journey filled with so many incredible moments and I feel privileged to have experienced all that I did during my career.”
A graduate of the Arsenal academy, Wishere made his first debut for the Gunners at age 16 and 256 days in 2008.
Though Wishere endured an injury prone career, he won the FA Cup twice with Arsenal in 2014 and 2015.
Wilshere left Arsenal to join AFC Bournemouth for the 2016–17 on a long season loan, before signing a three year contract with West Ham in 2018.
For English national team, he made 34 appearances, scoring two goals.
