Father, mother, two children found dead in their home

Two children and their parents have been found dead in their house in the region of Brittany on the northern French coast, local media reports.
According to initial investigations, the killing of the family members seems to be related to the separation of the parents, the public prosecutor’s office in Brest announced Sunday evening.
According to the report, emergency services found the 41-year-old man hanged.
His eight- and 11-year-old children lay dead in their beds, and the 38-year-old wife lifeless in the couple’s bed.
According to initial investigations, the bodies had no external injuries and no evidence of weapons used.
Autopsies are to provide information on the causes of death.
Earlier, the gendarmerie and fire brigade had gone to the house in the village of Carantec on Sunday morning because the woman’s mother had not been able to reach her since Saturday and called emergency services.
