Gov. Lawal of Zamfara appoints private secretary, 13 others
Dauda Lawal has appointed Sheriffdeen Jatto as his Private Secretary alongside 13 others in his first appointments as governor of Zamfara State.
This is contained in a statement in Gusau on Tuesday by the Secretary to the State Government, Abubakar Nakwada.
Mr Nakwada said that the governor also appointed Imran Rufai as his Personal Assistant, as well as Zaharaddeen Imam as his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Protocol Matters.
He said that the governor also appointed Abdulmajid Anka as SSA Governor’s Office, Mustapha Jafaru-Kaura, SSA Media and Public Affairs, Faruku Shettiman-Rijiya as SSA Press Affairs and Aminu Almajir as Deputy Chief of Staff to the governor (Administration) among others.
Mr Nakwada said that all the appointments took immediate effect.
