Gov. Matawalle approves new spokesman for Zamfara assembly

The appointment followed the redeployment of Mustafa Kaura, the former director-general, to the office of the SSG.

Governor Bello Matawalle of Zamfara has approved the appointment of Nasiru Biyabiki as the director-general of Press Affairs and Public Relations for the Zamfara House of Assembly.

This is contained in a statement by the secretary to the state government, Kabiru Balarabe on Thursday in Gusau.

The appointment followed the redeployment of Mustafa Kaura, the former director-general, to the office of the SSG.

Mr Biyabiki, an associate of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), was the public relations officer of the parliament before the appointment.
