Governor Ododo redeploys agency heads

The Kogi state government, on Monday, announced the approval of the redeployment of heads of some agencies by Gov. Ahmed Ododo to improve service delivery.
Abdulrahim Ohiare, formerly the chairman of the Kogi State Security Trust Fund, has been reassigned to head the Kogi State Sports Trust Fund.
Omeiza Farouk will replace Mr Ohiare as the head of the Security Trust Fund.
The announcement was made in a statement issued in Lokoja by the secretary to the state government, Folashade Ayoade.
The statement highlighted that Mr Ododo, who approved the redeployments, urged the appointees to show commitment and prudence in their roles for the state’s advancement.
The governor also congratulated both individuals on their new positions.
According to the statement, the appointments took effect immediately.
