Lagos: Unity Estate resident stabs neighbour to death over parking space

A 41-year-old man, Tolulope Olowu, on Saturday, stabbed his neighbour identified as Pablo to death for parking his car on their street.
Mr Olowu lives on Gbadamosi Street in First Unity Estate, Badore, Ajah with Mr Pablo.
Reporting the incident on Sunday, police spokesman in Lagos, Benjamin Hundeyin, said the suspect and the deceased “had a misunderstanding over parking of vehicle on the street.
“In the process, Tolulope allegedly stabbed Pablo with a knife in the stomach and he died on the spot.”
The suspect was promptly arrested after a complaint was lodged at the Langbasa Police Division on Sunday.
“The corpse has been evacuated and deposited at IDH Morgue, Yaba for autopsy,” Mr Hundeyin said, while investigation of the suspect continues.
