The Nation has been set on fire by yet unidentified thugs in Lagos.

The national outlet long associated with the former Lagos governor Bola Tinubu was burnt down Wednesday afternoon. The thugs accused Mr. Tinubu of playing a role in the massacre on Tuesday of protesters in Lekki.

Videos showing how the facility was razed were circulated on social media Wednesday evening.

The arson came as Mr. Tinubu’s assets were being targeted by rampaging vandals across the country.

TVC was burnt earlier in the day, while the station’s Abuja office was placed under heavy security watch by soldiers.
