The Prosecution Counsel, Inspector Kolade Tedunjaye, told the court that Mr Ogungbe committed the offence on May 15 on the premises of the Chief Magistrates Court Ebute Metta West.

Mr Tedunjaye alleged that Mr Ogungbe attacked Alowonle Yetunde, who represented his wife in a family matter that involved Mr Ogungbe.

She ordered Mr Ogungbe to submit his passport and held that one of the sureties must have a landed property.
