The Unity Chamber of Ombi 2, Lafia, Nasarawa State, has commended the member representing Lafia Central Constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Solomon Akwashiki, for empowering over 110 youths.
Chairman of the group, Yahaya Sani, gave the commendation when he led members on a courtesy call to the lawmaker on Saturday in Lafia.

He called on the lawmaker to contest the seat of Lafia/ Obi Federal Constituency in 2027.
Mr Sani said, “We call on you to come out in 2027 to be our sole mandate as a member, House of Representatives, Lafia/ Obi Federal constituency. Our call is based on your track records in the office so far. You have empowered 47 youths under your payroll as a member and you have influenced the appointment of 72 youths,” Sani said.
