Ultimately, the title was awarded to Denmark’s representative, but Ms Adetshina’s remarkable achievement has been widely celebrated.

By her position, Ms Adetshina has also earned the title of Miss Universe Africa and Oceania, further solidifying her place as a role model and ambassador for the region.
Ms Adetshina, a 24-year-old graduate of international relations from the University of Lagos, entered the competition as Miss Universe Nigeria 2024, earning her crown through her advocacy for education and youth empowerment.
