Oby Ezekwesili hates Buhari, God won’t answer her prayers: Femi Adesina

An unhinged Femi Adesina has described former minister of education and co-convener of the BringBackOurGirls Oby Ezekwesili as one who has been “overtaken by bile and hatred” for President Muhammadu Buhari, raining curses on a woman that has spent her recent years fighting for the plight of Nigerians.
Mr. Adesina in an article on Thursday said enemies of the country wanted to pressure the government of President Muhammad Buhari with the abduction of GSSS students in a way similar to how the BringBackOurGirls group was used against former President Goodluck Jonathan.
Specifically spinning Mrs. Ekwesili’s statement before and after the release of over 300 abducted students of Government Science Secondary School, Mr. Adesina described Mrs Ezekwesili as one “overtaken by bile and hatred for the Buhari government.”
“Listen to one of them, who has been overtaken by bile and hatred for the Buhari government”, Mr. Adesina said. “While the boys were being held, she had declared:
“In October, US military forces rescued their one citizen held hostage by terrorists within our territory. Buhari as Commander-in-Chief of Nigerian Army, should please accord highest priority to the lives of 333 #Kankara students and seek US support immediately”.
Mr. Adesina added that “In other words, she believed there was an abduction, and it was time to put pressure on a man she didn’t like. After the boys were recovered, what did Madam Red Card say? “Maybe the President sent the children on an excursion to terrorists so that they can release the children at will to him. He needs to tell us exactly what happened with the Kankara kids.”
Therefore, Mr. Adesina said, God won’t answer Mrs. Ezekwesili’s prayers, marking yet another unhinged commentary from the controversial presidential spokesman.
“When such people fast, they are simply on hunger strike. When they pray, they simply blubber. But you know the good news? God is interested in this entity called Nigeria.
“Most times, we live dangerously, but He always pulls us back from the edge of the brink. Those who hate the President for no just cause, who wish evil for their own country, are just injuring their own souls. They will fail las las, and become gentle by force,” Mr. Adesina said.
The presidential spokesman has become infamous for making controversial statements, and Mr. Buhari has declined to relieve him of his job in an apparent endorsement of such comments.
After the mass abduction of Chibok girls in 2014, Mrs. Ezekwesili was a vocal critic of the government of Mr. Jonathan. She has also maintained the same position calling out Mr. Buhari on issues that borders on insecurity in Nigeria.
