‘Oversabi Aunty’ hits N382 million in its second week

‘Oversabi Aunty’ has recorded a strong run at the Nigerian box office, grossing N382.9 million in 11 days to emerge as the second biggest film of the weekend.
The movie, distributed by FilmOne Entertainment, has continued to draw large audiences nationwide, underscoring its growing appeal and strong performance at cinemas.
In a post on its official Instagram page, FilmOne thanked audiences across West Africa for the impressive turnout, describing the film’s box-office performance as a major milestone.
“Thank you, West Africa,” the distributor said, noting that ‘Oversabi Aunty’ had crossed N380 million in box office receipts within 11 days, reinforcing its status as one of the top-performing Nollywood releases currently in cinemas.
The film’s sustained performance highlights the strong appetite for locally produced titles and reflects continued cinema traffic nationwide.
