Photos: Trump, Marco Rubio, other U.S. officials monitor military operations in Iran

American President Donald Trump on Saturday evening sat with a group of U.S. leaders to monitor the ongoing military action undertaken by the U.S. military forces against Iran.
Images posted by the White House via its official X handle showed the U.S president and a team of officials closely monitoring the military action tagged “Operation Epic Fury.”
“President Donald J. Trump Monitors U.S. Military Operations in Iran: Operation Epic Fury, February 28, 2026,” the excerpt attached to the image read.
Some of the officials in the pictures include Mr Trump, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, U.S. Central Intelligence Agency chief John Ratcliffe, White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, and chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Charles Brown.
The United States, in collaboration with Israel, coordinated the bombing of Iran on Saturday.
Following the attack, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that “there are many signs” that Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, had been killed in a targeted attack at his residence.
Top Iranian government officials, including Defence Minister Amir Nasirzadeh and Revolutionary Guards commander, Mohammed Pakpour, have been killed.
