Police Recruitment: Successful candidates to report for training in Minna

The police command in Niger says successful candidates in the ongoing police ‘2021 recruitment’ should check their status on the recruitment portal for the next stage of training.
Police spokesman Wasiu Abiodun announced this in a statement on Tuesday.
Mr Abiodun said candidates could check their recruitment status via www.policerecruitment.gov.ng.
“Successful candidates are advised to print out their invitation slips and report at the Police Training School (PTS), Minna on July 23 as latecomers would not be admitted.mHowever, candidates are to proceed to the training school with two pairs of white vest and short, two pairs of white canvas and socks, two pairs of white bed sheets,” the police explained in a statement.
Other items required included two white pillow cases, two pairs of white sports wear, small food flask with two flat plates and a set of cutleries, one hoe, cutlass, broom, bucket and toiletries.
Hardcover notebooks, original and photocopies of National Identity Number (NIN) slip, original and photocopies of credentials, four passport-size photographs with white background are also needed.
Meanwhile, police commissioner Monday Kuryas has congratulated the successful candidates and urged them to be of good behaviour while on training.
