Police to discipline officer smoking weed for unprofessional conduct

The police in Lagos has identified an officer that was captured smoking marijuana at the Ijora area of the state.Â
The recalcitrant officer, Babatunde Adebayo, serving at Shogunle Divison of the Command, is to be disciplined for unprofessional conduct.Â
Commissioner of Police in the state, Abiodun Alabi, has directed the immediate commencement of appropriate disciplinary measures commensurate with his rank.Â
This was contained in a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, on Tuesday.Â
Other officers of the command have been warned to stay clear of unprofessional and unethical conducts as any officer found guilty will be severely sanctioned.
