Polls: Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour urges voters to report electoral malpractices, intimidation

The governorship candidate of Labour Party, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has urged voters to report election malpractices and intimidation at polling units Lagos state.
Mr Rhodes-Vivour, who cast his vote in polling unit 045, Anifowoshe, Ikeja LGA, arrived around 9:40 am on Saturday.
He stated that there were reports of voters intimidation in Oshodi-Isolo, Eti-Osa, Ikeja, Ojo and Kosofe Local government areas.
“We have been getting widespread reports on voters intimidation in places like Kosofe. We have similar situations all over in Ikate, several places, Ojo, Computer Village,” Mr Rhodes-Vivour said.
Mr Rhodes-Rhodes-Vivour asked voters to report suppression or attacks by thugs at their polling units.
“If you witness voter intimidation occurs and you see INEC malpractice please remember to record the situation , and also state the time and place it happens,” Mr Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour tweeted.
There have been reports of voters intimidation in some polling units in the state by thugs suspected to be loyal to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
