Positive mindset key to healthy living, says Soludo’s wife

The wife of the Anambra governor, Nonye Soludo, says a positive and sound mind empowers the body with extraordinary energy and nourishment for optimal health.
Mrs Soludo made the assertion in a message commemorating the International Mind-Body Wellness Day, observed every January 3.
The International Mind-Body Wellness Day is celebrated to raise awareness of how a healthy mind supports a healthy body, and vice versa.
She said that true self-development is unattainable when the mind and body are not in harmony.
“Mind and body wellness largely determines how far individuals can go and how well they can succeed in their healthy living journey.
“I urge Nigerians to be intentional about building a mindset that aligns with their physical well-being, especially as they pursue self-improvement goals in the new year.
“Feed your minds with positivity, love, peace, contentment, and consistency. These virtues are essential for good health and a clearer sense of purpose,” she said.
The governor’s wife called on Nigerians to adopt a balanced approach to healthy living by nurturing both the mind and the body.
According to her, the two are inseparable and must work in harmony for individuals to attain optimal health and fulfilment.
She further urged Nigerians to use the occasion of the International Mind-Body Wellness Day to reflect on their lifestyle choices and recommit to holistic well-being.
