Russian Invasion: Ukrainian man dies in drone attacks

A 59-year-old man died after suffering severe injury in an overnight Russian drone attack in eastern Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region, regional military governor Serhii Lysak reported on Telegram on Thursday.
Four others were injured, he said.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported attacks by 104 armed and decoy drones, with 88 of them shot down or rendered harmless by electronic means.
The Russian defence ministry reported downing 85 Ukrainian drones over 11 Russian regions and the Crimean Peninsula.
Aviation authority Rosaviatsiya stated that movements at the Kaluga, Volgograd, Saratov, Ivanovo, and Orenburg airports had been temporarily halted due to safety concerns.
Ukrainian drone attacks regularly disrupt air travel in Russia.
Ukraine has been warding off the Russian invasion since February 2022, defending against attacks on its own territory in the east and also striking targets within Russia.
