According to him, the offences contravene Sections 516, and 467 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ogun State, 2006.
The police prosecutor said that the offences contravened Sections 517 and 390(9) of the Criminal Laws of Oyo State, 2000.

Senior District Judge Tom Lee sentenced the defendants to terms in prison ranging from 10 to 40 years.
