The prosecutor said that the police detectives allegedly caught the defendants with the weeds suspected to be Indian hemp.
The magistrate adjourned the case till February 14 for ruling on the bail application.
According to him, the offence contravened Section 265 of the Criminal Law of Ekiti State, 2021.
