The prosecutor said the convict on April 22, 2024, stole the complainant’s ATM card and used it to withdraw N1.129 million from his Zenith bank account.
The prosecutor said that sometime in April 2024, he dishonestly stole an electrical motor machine valued at N1.280 million.
The convict earlier pleaded guilty to the offence.
