The chairmen and secretaries of the three unions at the polytechnic, along with the rector and the governing council chairs, are expected to attend the meeting.
The coordinator warned that failure to resolve the issues would compel the union to embark on a nationwide strike.
According to him, the federal government has not been able to make commitments to resolving the issues.
He noted that the bill also had the backing of the federal ministry of education.
He said that the new scheme would erode the gains recorded by the sector in recent times.
Mr Ezeibe said curriculum development was integral to tertiary education that fosters functional and impactful tertiary education.
He said the ultimatum followed the refusal of the Delta government to review its position on the salary subvention policy.
Mr Ogbonosele said the suspension of the unions is a breach on the freedom of association which he said is a fundamental right.
The lecturers are protesting the non-release of approved revitalisation funds, non-release of arrears of the new minimum wage among others.
The union had, on April 1, issued the Federal Government a one-month ultimatum that expired on May, 4, to address their demands.
