There was confusion in the Federal High Court, Abuja Division, on Friday as two lawyers appeared for the Peoples Democratic Party.
He said the level of transformation reflected deliberate efforts to revive Aba’s economic glory.
The Peoples Democratic Party board of trustees, led by Adolphus Wabara, has called for an emergency National Executive Committee meeting for Monday.
Laja Adeoye, a PDP governorship hopeful in Lagos, called for calm and unity among party members following the Supreme Court’s judgment on the party’s leadership crisis.
Mr Amupitan said the commission was mindful of the need to maintain the sanctity of the constitution, the Electoral Act, and the guidelines.
“We are relying on the judgment of the Supreme Court,” said Mr Wabara.
The BoT chairman, Adolphus Wabara, disclosed this while addressing journalists in Abuja on Tuesday after an emergency meeting.
“We believe this is not the first time people left PDP and came back. I’m sure they will come back,” Governor Bala Mohammed said.
He condemned those aggravating internal differences within the party.
“Wike is a member of the board of trustees. We have made attempts to meet with him, but I believe he has been very busy.”
