Mr Farotimi’s lawyer said that a fundamental human rights application was filed at a Lagos State High Court.
Mr Farotimi had said he was being targeted by UBA CEO Elumelu and Mr Babalola, whom he accused of deploying the police to harass and monitor his movement.
“We, therefore, demand the immediate release of Dele Farotimi, as his arrest lacks any basis under the laws of Lagos state,” stated NBA.
